Sentosa Island: Sentosa Island is towards the southern part of Singapore and is well known for its beach resort. There are some great luxury hotels near the beach and it is great place to relax. Visitors interested in history can check out the relics of World War II in this island.

All kinds of goods, from sport goods, clothes, watches, electronic items, merchandise of fashion brands, fakes, food, computers, books and antiques can be bought in Singapore. There is seven percent discount on GST at the airport if a tourist shops over 100 USD each day per participating shop.

Nightlife

After sundown, Singapore metaphorically changes from busy corporate city into a vibrant part town. There are numerous bars and clubs scattered around the city, which are popular with the locals and the tourists. To get the real essence of Singapore it is important to participate in its nightlife. In the weekends, the rush in the bars and clubs is very high. Drinks are quite expensive in Singapore even beers. In Singapore, many bars celebrate Ladies Night every Wednesday. The three nightlife hotspots in Singapore are Orchard Road, Boat Quay and Mohammed Sultan road.
