It is important for you to have a good knowledge of how the public transport
in Cambodia works in order to have a hassle-free journey. In modern
Cambodia, most people own cars and this is how they travel. But some still
travel by foot or tuk-tuk, perhaps cyclo or moto. Cyclo is cheap and you can
travel long distances with very little money, but it takes more time as the
person on the back has to pedal, turn and stop with his own two legs. Moto
is slightly more expensive but is not as safe as there is no helmet law in
Cambodia. Tuk-tuk is newly introduced and is relaxing and safer than the
moto. It also costs more but can fit many people on and is very comfortable.
